Capitol Hotel in Dubai.
Courtesy of Air Emirates I recently stayed 1 night at the luxurious Capitol Hotel in Dubai. The hotel offers free transfers to and from the Airport. I checked in very late and with a group of people but received my room key within 20 minutes and I was very impressed with the efficient service of the staff on duty. I had to hand my passport in until the next morning.
The room they offered had two single beds. It was a very luxurious room with a private bathroom,LCD TV,mini bar,phone and a private sitting area. The room was clean, fresh towels were in the bathroom and complimentary soap and 2 bottles of water.

Dinner in the Restaurant.
I had dinner in the Coffee Shop Restaurant on the 1st floor. It took a long time for my food to arrive and by the time I sat down to eat I was just too tired to enjoy it. Maybe the kitchen was on a go slow or they were also tired.
I have seen on TripAdvisor that other guests have complained about the stale smell of smoke in the rooms. I must admit as a non-smoker I also picked it up. If I really wanted to complain about something then this would have been my only complaint. Capitol Hotel is a luxury hotel and offers quality accommodation. As a frequent traveler I would definitely recommend them to other travelers.
