Cordoba bus terminal Argentina.

The main bus terminal in Cordoba is the largest and most important bus terminal in the Cordoba Province. Buses are the most popular public transport in Argentina and more than 3 million people pass through this bus terminal on an annual basis. Recently a new terminal was built because the old terminal was getting too small.

Cordoba Bus terminal connecting Cordoba to the rest of Argentina.

There are direct connections from Cordoba to Buenos Aires, Salta, Mendoza, Bariloche and other tourist destinations in Argentina. If you are planning to travel from Cordoba to Ushuaia then you will change buses in Rio Gallegos.

From Cordoba you can also connect to Villa Carlos Paz, Mina Clavero, Alta Gracia and the Calamuchita Valley, including Villa General Belgrano and Santa Rosa de Calamuchita.

Tickets can be bought at the Terminal directly or can be booked on-line through Plataforma10.

Old and new Bus Terminal and how to navigate.

I use the Cordoba Bus Terminal on a regular basis and I am still confused how it is working. Travelling up and down between Cordoba and Santa Rosa de Calamuchita, I know that Buses LEP and Sierras de Calamuchita, leave from platforms 77 to 80. That is the New Terminal. From observing the schedules, I have noticed that buses leaving to the Sierras or other parts of Cordoba, leave from the New Terminal.

I guess buses to other major destinations leave from the Old Terminal but it is better to confirm when purchasing your ticket.

Terminal 1 (Old Terminal) serves platforms 1 to 39 and Terminal 2 (New Terminal) platforms 40 to 80.

How to get to the Cordoba Bus Terminal?

The main bus terminal in Cordoba is about 20 minutes walk from the city center. A bus stop for city buses are located in front of the entrance of the New Terminal. You can also get a taxi to drop you off at the terminal. Buses leave around the hour to Pajas Blancas Airport.

There are a couple of restaurants and kiosks scattered throughout the Bus Terminal. On the 1st floor of the Old Terminal a small supermarket can be found. The Train Terminal is directly opposite the Bus Terminal.
