Transfer from Ezeiza Airport with Manuel Tienda Leon.

Manuel Tienda Leon is a reputable transport company in Buenos Aires that offers transport to and from Ezeiza Airport and Aeroparque. I have used them many times over the years. If you buy a return ticket at the same time you get a discount. Return tickets are valid for 1 year and are open tickets.

They have a facility available to store your luggage and you can store quite a large bag. I found this facility very convenient. I had time to explore the city and did not want to carry a huge suitcase with me. I stored my luggage without problems. The lockers are secure and you are issued with a key which you hand in when you collect your luggage. Please note that luggage cannot be stored for longer than 24 hours.

Transfer to Jorge Newberry Airport.

The company is professional. They have luxury buses to and from Ezeiza and also the domestic airport Jorge Newberry. The buses leave every hour. When you arrive at Ezeiza you can purchase a ticket from their sales office. You will find the office as you enter the terminal through customs. You can also book your ticket online. The website is in both Spanish and English.

The buses depart from various platforms in the city. The main platform is at the Manuel Tienda Leon office in Avenida Madero. If you book 24 hours before your departure they will pick you up in the following areas: Palermo, Recoleta, Balvanera, Monserat, San Nicolas and 9 de Julio. You have to make arrangements with them directly and I have not used this service.

All buses are standard with uniformed drivers, air-conditioning, audio system, and reclining seats. It is a quick, safe and comfortable transfer to your destination.

The rest of the fleet consists of Vans and minibusses. The vans are 12 seater’s, the minibusses are 21 seater’s and the buses are 40 seaters.

Tips when traveling with Manuel Tienda Leon.

Something to keep in mind. This is ideal if you are 1 person but if you are a group then it is an option to use a taxi or remisse. Some taxis charge a fortune to transfer to and from the airport. If you are a group of people and your luggage can enter the car then it is cheaper to take a taxi because you can share the fee. But sometimes the taxi drivers are reluctant to pick up too many people, especially if the car is loaded.

I can highly recommend Manuel Tienda Leon when you need a transfer to and from the Domestic or International Airport in Buenos Aires.

Important information:

Manuel Tienda Leon has moved from the office that they had close to Retiro and Plaza San Martin. Their office is now located at Terminal Madero in Avenida Madero 401. We did not know that when we used their service from El Palamor Airport. We then had to take a taxi to Retiro which is not ideal.
