A moment you want to pause, savour and remember.
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to me by Sarah-Jane.
This is my moment! If you want to read the story behind the photo, please follow the link (story behind the photo) at the bottom of the page.
If you have a Moment please share your link in the comments section and I will pop in to have a look .. Ciao!

Wow! But when you get over to Wellington, NZ you'll know what sandpaper wind is!http://holesinmysoles.blogspot.com/2011/06/this-moment-friday-ritual.html
Hi Tbaoo, cold here in Argentina too! This photo was taken in South Africa on a very windy and cold day.Dress up warm and loved your photo of the building!
Hi Kerry-ann, they did not enjoy it!
Looks a little chilly to be enjoying a walk on the beach???http://othersideofanna5.blogspot.com/2011/06/this-moment.html
Hi A, I was just as surprised. This is actually a beach but it looked like a desert. Have a look at the blog, I will post it later.
Hi Jim, I can just imagine but I don´t think I would like to experience that…it is not fun 🙁
Hi Anna, yes but hubby didn´t think so 🙂

What a beautiful beach…I love the markings in the sand.My moment: http://ascendingthehills.blogspot.com/2011/06/this-moment-friday-tradition_10.html
Hi Mary, it wasn´t that cold..the sand was worse. It was cutting into our skin!
Hi Nelieta -I've never seen a real sand filled dessert before although I have been in the Arizona dessert. That is much different than this fabulous photo. 🙂
Hi Jim B, thank you so much! I took your advice and got hold of Lightroom. Now I am playing with a new toy!
Hi Sarah, you are welcome! Yes it was a miserable day! Thank you for visiting my blog and I am looking forward to see more of your Friday moments 🙂
Hi Jessica, this is quite a nice beach! It is not very crowded but unfortunately there are not shark nets, which makes it a little unsafe.Have a blessed weekend!
Hi Rimly, I have never been to Goa but if it looks like here in St. Lucia then it must be pretty awesome!Have a wonderful weekend.
Hi Charlie, wow the Arizona dessert must be an amazing experience! I have never been to a dessert. This was taken on a beach in South Africa but I was amazed to see the long stretch of sand before I could see the water. It was weird, actually!
Oh Nelieta! I adore this picture (and the first one in the story behind the picture)! The picture doesn't belie the crappy conditions of the beach!Awesome moment! I love it! =)
Reminds me of the beaches of Goa. beautiful Nelietahttp://rimlybezbaruah.blogspot.com/2011/06/splintered.html

This photo is extraordinarily beautiful with the effects you gave it… but of course, I understood the story behind ;), oh that's why the look on their faces… I enjoyed this since last night and I just have to take a look at it again…Bella foto Nelieta 😉
Hi Julie, the weather was really miserable. It was still ok when we dropped hubby off but it worsened quickly…poor man!Glad you like the photos! Luckily I took some photos not even knowing that I will have a travel blog some day!
Hi Jess, thank you! Normally this beach is beautiful and the sand soft. But not on this day…
Hi Melissa, thank you very much for your kind comment! I took Jim´s advice and got hold of the program Lightroom. I have been trying it on some photos and this one was a result. Still in the testing phase and I hope the other photos will also be entertaining!Have a lovely weekend!
