Thank you Corinne! I spotted the photos when we walked through a park in Kaliningrad,Russia. It is actual photos that have been laminated and now being displayed as advertising in the city.

Thank you Jessica! I found this walking through one of the parks in Kaliningrad,Russia. This town used to be called Konigsberg and was part of Germany during WWII. Most of the town was destroyed during bombings and they are trying to restore the city to it`s former glory. That is why they have photos everywhere of what it used to look like.
