I have been fortunate to have visited many countries over the past decade. My first major trip was to Europe in 2004 when I visited the following countries:
- The United Kingdom
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- Austria
- Italy
- The Vatican City
- Switzerland
- The Netherlands
By the time I finished traveling to these countries I had been bitten by the travel bug and quickly planned another trip. This time it was an island visit.
- Mauritius
I went on a boat cruise to the Bazarutu islands in Mozambique and was sea sick for the whole trip. Cruise ships don`t work for me.

Then it was time to go to Egypt. I have been dreaming about visiting Egypt for many years and the trip was absolutely wonderful. I went to Cairo and then took a cruise on the Nile river from Aswan to Luxor.

Next on the list was an adventure trip to Thailand where I trekked on elephants through the jungle. This trip was a lot of fun and up to date one of the best trips that I have had.

My friend wanted me to go on a ski trip with her to Austria. I wanted to go to Russia but eventually I gave in and joined her for a week over Christmas in Austria.

The next trip was to South America where I discovered a lot of things about myself, met my husband to be and decided to make drastic changes to my life.

- Argentina
August of 2007 I took another trip to Argentina and in February 2008 I moved permanently to Argentina.
From here I took several trips to neighbouring countries including:
- Chile
- Uruguay
One last trip before I left South African and that was a trip to:
- Mozambique
In 2008 I eventually took my first trip to Russia for a month. It was one of the most satisfying trips ever. On this trip I visisted:
- Poland
- Russia
In 2010 I went back to South Africa for a holiday. In 2012, I visited Uruguay again and also another trip to Russia, this time for 3 months!
2013 kicked off with a trip to Thailand and Koh Samui. This time I took a holiday with 4 friends and we had an amazing time in Thailand.
2014 took me to travelling through parts in Argentina.
In 2015 I visited South Africa and Namibia, which was absolutely beautiful.
In 2016 we visited Spain, Poland, Czech Republic and Russia for 3 months.
I am not sure where my next holiday will be. I have so many countries that I want to visit. Like I have said so many times “My destination always chooses me”.
