DHL Courier Services.

Recently, I urgently needed a package to be couriered from South Africa to Argentina. A friend advised me to use DHL and said that their service was excellent..

I have never used them before but she told me that you can track every movement of your package. I obtained an on-line quote and within hours I had prices and a contact person.

The lady was really helpful and whenever I had a question, she was there to answer it. My biggest concern was the delivery date. I had a window period of 1 week for the package to arrive in Argentina. She told me 3 business days. My brother contacted her when the package was ready for collection and within 2 hours a driver from DHL was at his office to collect it. I got a scanned waybill with a number that I could use on-line to track the package.

Fast and efficient service with DHL.

The number was immediately scanned and on the DHL system. I could start tracking my package! I was under the impression that the package would only leave South Africa on Monday but it departed South Africa on the same day!

I was surprised to see that it went to Amsterdam,Germany and eventually when it reached Spain, I started to panic and contacted the lady at DHL. She assured me that the package was in the right place and was leaving Spain for Buenos Aires that same day. My package arrived safely in Buenos Aires the next morning.

I can highly recommend DHL and cannot praise their service and efficiency enough!
