Uptown.

Uptown has the most stores of any neighborhood in the Cincinnati region. Rookwood Commons and Pavilion is the top choice for shoppers here, featuring more than 70 luxurious stores and restaurants. There are many antique stores in the area, including Raul Haas-Hyde Park, Wild Things Antiques, and Hanover House. Bring home a souvenir from one of the many gift shops, including The Fig Leaf, which features handcrafted jewelry, and Aquarius Star that carries unique items made by local artists and small global communities.

Downtown.

Located in the heart of downtown is the famous Carew Tower and Observation Deck. Forty-nine floors tall and home to more than 25 shops and restaurants, the Carew Tower offers beautiful views of the Ohio River and is a registered National Historic Landmark. Eclectic shops, such as The Most Beautiful Thing in the World, Sweet Sistah Splash, Strange People, and Continuum are located within walking distance of the Tower. Also situated downtown and in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood is the Findlay Market. It’s the oldest public market in Ohio with a wide variety of food, entertainment, handmade goods, art, and dining options.

North.

In North Cincinnati, you can find Peddlers Mall, a “flea-tique” chain mall featuring antiques, collectibles, sports memorabilia, furniture, and oddities. Jungle Jim’s International Market, also located in the North region of Cincinnati, is known for its vast selection of international foods from 75 different countries. Self-proclaimed as the “wackiest” supermarket in the country, it’s been estimated that the market draws more than 50,000 visitors every week. Celebrate Local on Foundry Row is home to local art, crafts, honey, salsas, cheese, wine, beer, and clothing made from more than 300 artisans and farmers local to Ohio.

Riverfront.

Look forward to strolling along the riverfront while shopping boutique stores such as Handzy Shop and Studio, It’s Only Fair!, Interior Visions, and The Beadery Down Memory Lane in this district. Especially popular is Crone Cottage. It features one-of-a-kind pieces of folk art, jewelry, wind chimes, gnomes, stained glass and much more. Head to the Olde Guest House Boutique if you’re looking for unique repurposed items, handmade soaps, and hand-painted furniture.
