Flying with Air Namibia – The spirit of Namibia.
We had the pleasure to fly with Air Namibia from Johannesburg to Windhoek,Windhoek to Walvis Bay and back. What a memorable experience to have flown with this airline. The flight attendant was very friendly and helpful. Upon return we had the same flight attendant and he recognized us. He even wished Monica a happy birthday! What great customer service.
The food on our flight from Johannesburg to Windhoek was excellent. The flight from Windhoek to Walvis Bay was short and we were provided with snacks. Both flights did not have on board entertainment but that was not a problem because both flights were not very long.
All our flights departed and arrived on time. The passenger cabins were clean and comfortable. Flying from Walvis Bay to Windhoek we were seated right at the back of the airplane. Those seats were not comfortable with no leg room as the seats couldn’t recline. Overhead locker space was taken by other passengers and I had to sit with my bag on my lap for the duration of the flight. The flight attendant went out of his way to find space for my bag but unfortunately, there was nothing available.

Air Namibia comes highly recommended.
Self-check-in counters for Air Namibia are available at OR Tambo International Airport but not at Windhoek or Walvis Bay airports. Ground staff was very helpful and professional. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with Air Namibia and I would definitely fly with them again in the future.
