Subte or Metro in Buenos Aires and how to use it.
Using the subte or metro in Buenos Aires is very easy. It is only in Buenos Aires city where you will find a metro or subway. There are in total 6 lines: A to E and H. Line A is the oldest line and they are currently building a new line which will run from Line A to Retiro. I am not sure when this line will be completed as they have been busy for more than 2 years.
Up to recently Line A was almost a tourist attraction in itself! They still used the old, wooden carriages and many tourists only used Line A to experience this. Unfortunately this year, the old wooden carriages were replaced by modern ones.
